Vitamin B1, 60 capsules, Zenyth

Properties:
- vitamin B1 or Thiamine is a water-soluble vitamin that is part of the B vitamins complex;
- also called the "anti-stress vitamin", thiamine contributes to strengthening the immune system, helping the body to withstand stressful conditions;
- has a special role in supporting energy and metabolism;
- the need for vitamin B1 can be provided both from food and supplements;
- foods rich in thiamine include brewer's yeast, vegetables, seeds and nuts, whole grains, yogurt and more;
- as long as we have access to food and supplements, the deficiency should not exist, but there are several factors that can favor this.

Administration method:
1 capsule every 2 days, preferably during the meal, or as recommended by the specialist.

Ingredients:
Vitamin B1 (in the form of thiamine hydrochloride) – 100 mg. Microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent).
Vegetable capsule: hypromellose.

Precautions:
Not recommended for children, pregnant women, those who are breastfeeding, people with allergies to any of the ingredients.
Higher doses may cause abdominal discomfort or, less commonly, allergic reactions or skin irritation.
