JUST add water, shake the bottle well and then cook them! No need for milk or eggs, the product contains all the necessary ingredients! Easier, healthier, PANKEES has everything you need for breakfast or dessert in 5 minutes!
For a serving of perfect American pancakes you need: water, butter and syrup (maple or fruit).
Method of preparation:
Heat the pan well over medium to high heat
Lightly grease the pan using 1 tablespoon of oil or 1 tablespoon of butter and a kitchen towel to spread the oil. American pancakes can be made in a little more oil or butter than the classic French crepes.
Pour water or milk directly into the PANKEES bottle, up to the maximum mark on the bottle and shake vigorously. Do not over mix the dough! After adding the water or milk, it is enough to shake the bottle vigorously 4-5 times maximum. Don't be alarmed if you see a few so-called "lumps", the pancakes will turn out perfect even with them. The more you mix them, the more the gluten will be activated and the pancakes will acquire a gummy texture.
You can add a lid of oil after pouring the water or milk, for a perfect texture and for all the dough to slide nicely out of the bottle.
Pour the desired amount of batter into the pan;
Cook until bubbles form, maximum 20 seconds, and immediately turn the pancake over, even if it has not caught a crust on top;
Leave the pancake on the other side, to bake well, about 1 more minute, checking from time to time that it does not burn;
We do NOT recommend turning the American pancake several times in the pan, once is enough!
Take the pancake off the heat and keep it in a container with a lid until serving, you can also brush it with butter as soon as you take it out of the pan;
You can put a cube of butter on top and your favorite topping (we recommend serving with maple syrup)
