Organic mix for gluten-free waffles and pancakes, 200g, Baule Volante

The gluten-free pancake and waffle premix is ​​easy to use, ideal for cooking traditional and vegan desserts: for waffles and pancakes, suitable for every lifestyle and diet.
A tasty preparation for creating gluten-free pancakes and waffles, excellent as a delicious snack and which can later be filled with vanilla creams, chocolate or fruit, as you like.

How to use:

• Classic pancakes : for 10-12 pancakes. Mix the contents of the package with 3 eggs and 300ml of milk until a homogeneous dough is formed, without lumps. For one pancake, pour approx. 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture into a hot pan. Cook on one side and then on the other, for a few minutes
• Vegan pancakes : mix the contents of the package with 300ml soy milk (or other cereal drink), 200g soy yogurt until a homogeneous dough is formed.
• Classic waffles: mix the contents with 2 eggs (beaten beforehand), 75g soft butter, 100ml milk and 80g sugar, then add another 100ml milk until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Heat the waffle maker, grease it with a little butter and add 3-4 tablespoons of the mixture in the middle of the maker and leave to bake for approx. 4 min (depending on the maker).
• Vegan waffles: for 5-6 waffles you need one package of the mixture, 1 sachet of egg replacer, 75ml sunflower oil, 200ml vegetable drink, 80g sugar. Mix the pancake and waffle mix with 100ml vegetable milk, and mix well with a spoon. Slowly add the remaining 100ml vegetable milk, until a homogeneous composition is obtained. For one waffle, pour approx. 2-3 tablespoons of the composition, bake on one side and then on the other, for a few minutes.

Precautions/Contraindications:
May contain traces of fruit peel and sesame seeds.
