Aliness L-Glutathione is a dietary supplement containing L-Glutathione (GSH), an organic chemical compound, a tripeptide composed of three amino acids: cysteine, glycine and glutamine.
In its molecule, glutathione, in addition to carbon, hydrogen and nitrogen atoms, contains a sulfur atom. It is synthesized inside the body, mainly in the liver. The amino acids included in its composition (glutamic acid, cysteine and glycine) are necessary for its synthesis.
The recommended daily dose of the preparation is 1 capsule taken during the meal.
The package of 100 capsules allows daily supplementation with the product's active ingredients for approximately 3 months.
