For adults, as a food supplement with vitamins: biotin , pantothenic acid and amino acids: L-methionine , L-cysteine , L-arginine , L-lysine , as well as bamboo extract, which is a source of natural silica . Pantothenic acid: - contributes to maintaining the proper energy metabolism, - contributes to the synthesis and proper metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters, - helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue, - helps to maintain the mental state at a correct level . Biotin: - contributes to maintaining the correct metabolism of macronutrients, - helps to maintain the health of the hair, - helps to maintain the proper condition of the mucous membranes, - helps to maintain the health of the skin.
