Properties:

Mode of administration:
In the first week, 2 capsules per day are recommended, 1 capsule at breakfast and 1 capsule at lunch.
In the second week, 4 capsules per day are recommended, 2 capsules at breakfast and 2 capsules at lunch.

Camellia sinensis extract 20:1 (leaf, 70% catechins, 40% EGCG), Citrus aurantium extract 8:1 (fruit, 6% synephrine), glazing agent (E464, zinc oxide), bulking agent (E460i ), caffeine anhydrous, African Mango seed extract Irvingia gabonensis 10:1, L-tyrosine, acetyl-L-tyrosine, anti-caking agents (E341, E470b), chromium picolinate, sodium selenite, potassium iodide.

Precautions:
Do not exceed the daily dose.
Contains 400 mg of caffeine per dose. It is not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding and those under 18 years of age. It should not be consumed together with other products containing green tea. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach. Do not consume more than 800 mg of EGCG daily. If you have diabetes, consult your healthcare provider before taking this product. Do not take the night.
Contains 300 mg of EGCG per dose. It is not recommended for athletes subject to anti-doping control. Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of small children. After opening, consume within a maximum of 4 months.
