Wish Methylo Folian 5-MTHF is a food supplement with a high content of active folic acid. Each capsule contains 400 µg of Quatrefolic ® folic acid (methylated folic acid) to supplement the daily diet of adults, especially pregnant women.

Folate helps in the proper synthesis of amino acids, also playing a role in proper blood production. This ingredient also supports the maintenance of the proper functioning of the immune system and helps to reduce the feeling of tiredness and fatigue. Folates also participate in the process of cell division.
The use of folic acid supplements increases the concentration of folate in the mother's body. Low levels of maternal folic acid are a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the developing fetus. The beneficial effect occurs with an additional daily intake of 400 μg of folic acid at least one month before and at most three months after conception. Folate also contributes to the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy.
