Way of ussage:
Open the package. Moisten the upper teeth with a little saliva. Place a whitening strip on the upper teeth. Fold the excess strip behind the teeth. Repeat the same steps for the lower teeth. It dissolves on the teeth, the process lasts up to 15 minutes. The strips can be used once a day.
