Consumption method:

In a bowl of water:

1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Remove the pot from the heat source.
3. Place the product tray in hot water for 4-5 minutes.

1. Remove the foil covering the product.
2. Place the product in the microwave.
3. Heat for 60 seconds at 450 W (medium or low setting).
4. Mix well and check the temperature before serving.
