Iron positively affects the generation of red blood cells and hemoglobin, supports the transmission of oxygen in the body, contributes to proper cognitive functions. It takes care of immunity, contributes to the reduction of exhaustion and fatigue, and the development of cognitive functions in children.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption, helps fight fatigue, and is useful for the activity of the nervous system and immune system.
Vitamin B6 contributes to normal mental activity and the generation of red blood cells.
Vitamin B2 takes care of mucous membranes, skin, vision, and red blood cells.
Vitamin B1 contributes to energy metabolism, nervous system and heart activity.
