Properties of ingredients
Magnesium – helps maintain electrolyte balance, contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, helps in the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system and contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism.
Potassium – helps in the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system.
Calcium – helps in the proper functioning of muscles and contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism.
Phosphorus – contributes to maintaining proper energy metabolism.
Recommended daily intake
Children over 3 years of age: 1 sachet daily. Dissolve one serving in 1 liter of lukewarm water. The amount of water can be increased in cases of low physical activity or adjusted to suit your taste preferences. Shake well before use.
