Recommended daily intake

Adults: Take 3 capsules 3 times daily with a large glass of water. Preferably before a meal.

The evening dose can optionally be increased to 4 capsules. If taking the preparation three times a day is not possible, a dosage of 5 capsules twice a day may be used.
