Nestlé ^® NAN ^® Expert Pro AR is food with special medical purpose for food management in case of regurgitation. The powdered formula is intended for feeding infants from the first day of life up to 12 months who, for various reasons, cannot be breastfed.

Regurgitation can primarily result from the immaturity of the infant's digestive system and resolves spontaneously as the child grows and develops, most often around 4-6 months of age. Especially in the early stages of life, babies may release small amounts of milk after feeding. However, some babies may regurgitate more frequently. The specialized formula NAN ^® Expert Pro AR contains partially hydrolyzed proteins and L. reuteri bacterial cultures. Moreover, the preparation was thickened with potato starch.
