Polyflora honey results from the nectar of the flowers of several plants, which bloom in the same period of the year, none being predominant.
For this reason, the taste and color may be different.

• Organic honey or ecological honey is obtained in compliance with strict conditions (as in the case of other ecological products), among which we mention:
• The apiary must be located in an ecological area, i.e. without industrial polluting factors or intensive crops that are treated with pesticides.
• It is not allowed to use any antibiotics in the treatment of bee colonies.
• The ecological certification bodies check these conditions and many others throughout the year, and prepare honey and wax samples for analysis.
• It should be noted that the wax used in the production of eco-friendly artificial honeycombs must come only from eco-certified beehives.
• Even if polyflora honey crystallizes easily, its properties remain unchanged.
• Crystallization is a natural process, which attests to the fact that the product is clean, pure.
• Polyflora honey is an excellent remedy for digestive and liver problems, improves heart activity and stimulates appetite.
• Bee honey crystallizes over time, keeping its qualities.
