Each tablet of Laboratoria PolfaŁódź contains 500 mg of paracetamol. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins in the central nervous system. Paracetamol has an analgesic and antipyretic effect. It has no anti-inflammatory effects and does not cause damage to the gastric mucosa or other side effects typical of NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs).
