Artelac Rebalance eye drops, 10 ml, Bausch & Lomb

Artelac Rebalance are eye drops that provide hydration and relieve dry eye symptoms, such as burning, tearing, fatigue, soreness and a feeling of sand under the eyelids.

Artelac® Rebalance lubricating eye drops contain compounds physiologically present in the eye and tears:

• sodium hyaluronate that hydrates the surface of the eye
• nutrients and ions: potassium, calcium, magnesium and sodium.

The addition of vitamin B12 gives the drops a pink color, without staining lenses or clothes. It disperses on the surface of the eye when you blink. The medical device also contains the preservative Oxyd.

When it comes into contact with the surface of the eye, it quickly transforms into water, oxygen and salt.

The ingredients restore the physiological osmotic balance of the tear film and the ocular surface.

Long-lasting hydration for dry, burning and irritated eyes.

Ingredients:

0.15% sodium hyaluronate, 0.5% polyethylene glycol 8000 (PEG 8000), potassium chloride, calcium chloride, magnesium chloride, sodium chloride, vitamin B12, water for injections, boric acid, Oxyd (a mild preservative that is converted to water, oxygen and salt on the surface of the eye).

How to use:

• Apply one drop of product to the eyes
• If necessary, the application can be repeated during the day
• The eye drops can be used every day
• Wash your hands thoroughly before using the product
• Remove the protective cap from the tip of the bottle
• Do not touch the tip of the bottle with your fingers
• Tilt your head back slightly
• Using the finger of your free hand, gently pull down your lower eyelid
• Hold the bottle vertically above your eye with the tip pointing downwards
• Gently squeeze the bottle to release 1 drop
• To prevent possible contamination of the solution, avoid contact of the tip of the bottle with your eyes or fingers
• Reattach the tip to the bottle after each use.

Contraindications:

• Artelac® Rebalance eye drops should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients of the preparation
• Very rarely, local hypersensitivity reactions have been reported (in this case, it is still necessary to stop using the medical device)
• Do not touch the surface of the eye with the tip of the bottle to avoid possible trauma to the surface of the eye and to avoid contamination of the solution
• Once opened, the product can be used for 2 months
• Before using other eye drops, wait at least 15 minutes
• Do not use the preparation after the expiry date or if the outer packaging or bottle is damaged
• Before using the product, carefully read the instructions for use included in the package: they contain important information on the use of this product
• Artelac® Rebalance eye drops must be stored at a temperature between 2 and 25°C
• Protect from light.
