ZMg + B6 Active GymFood is a composition of bioavailable organic zinc and magnesium and the active form of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P). Zinc helps maintain healthy skin, hair, nails and helps maintain healthy bones. In addition, it takes part in the process of cell division, helps in the proper synthesis of proteins and in the maintenance of proper fertility and proper cognitive functions. Magnesium and vitamin B6 help the nervous system to function properly, to maintain proper psychological functions and contribute to reducing the feeling of tiredness and fatigue.
