Nutritional values
The package contains 2000 IU (50 mcg) of vitamin D3 (1000% of the reference nutritional value) in a daily dose.
Dosage
Take one teaspoon (2x5 ml) twice a day . It can be mixed into tea, juice or any other drink. The package contains 20 daily doses.

Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. The prescribed daily dose should not be exceeded. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of small children.
