Description
Urimil Forte, 30 capsules, Plantapol
Urimil Forte is a food supplement that contains 9 active ingredients that act synergistically, with an important role in the regeneration of peripheral nerves and pain relief.
Properties:
Peripheral nerve damage (peripheral neuropathy) is common in adults, and the most common causes are: trauma, metabolic and ischemic disorders, exposure to toxins, inflammatory and infectious diseases, vitamin deficiencies or a combination of these factors.
Depending on the type of nerve damaged (sensory, motor or vegetative), patients present with pain, tingling, numbness, paresis, muscle weakness, stiffness, cramps, lack of reflexes, sensory disturbances or autonomic symptoms (caused by the improper functioning of one of the internal organs ).
Composition/capsule:
- Magnesium (magnesium citrate - 696,551mg) - 101 mg
- Uridine monophosphate (UMP) - 65 mg
- Vitamin B3 (nicotinamide) - 10 mg
- Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) - 6 mg
- Cytidine monophosphate (CMP) - 5 mg
- Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) - 4 mg
- Folic acid - 400 µg
- Vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin) - 10 µg
- Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) - 10 µg.
- The pyrimidine nucleotides, Uridine monophosphate and Cytidine monophosphate, have shown a beneficial effect in peripheral neuropathies of various etiologies. A number of studies have shown that administration of pyrimidine nucleotides such as Uridine and Cytidine is effective in:
- pain relief from diabetic neuropathy
- back pain (dorsalgia)
- pain caused by changes induced by traumatic compression.
Their administration leads to the restoration of the structure and function of damaged nerves.
- Uridine monophosphate (UMP): participates in the synthesis of ribonucleic acid (RNA), induces the synthesis of proteins and phospholipids (phosphatidylcholine) and therefore the restoration of cell membranes, stimulates the restoration of dendrites that support synaptic function, stimulates the proliferation of Schwann cells and thus, the formation of myelin ( which plays an important role in conducting nerve impulses), induces nerve cell growth and nerve formation, facilitating intracellular signaling. Uridine triggers and stimulates neuromuscular regeneration and prevents pain transmission
- Cytidine monophosphate (CMP): is involved in the synthesis of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA), has a role in cell death, energy production and cell signaling, has a neuromodulatory function, stimulates the rapid formation of myelin, participates in the synthesis of phospholipids (phosphatidylinositol, phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine), which are part of the structure of nerve cell membranes. It suppresses the transmission of pain
- B vitamins such as B1, B3, B6, B12 and B9 (folic acid) are water soluble and play an important role in the structure and function of the nervous system. Studies have shown that their intake leads to relief of neuropathic pain and improvement of nervous system function
- Magnesium (Mg) blocks cell receptors (NMDA receptors) that are associated with increased nerve activity and the onset of pain. It is important for nerve signaling and neuromuscular conduction. Magnesium treatment is suitable for peripheral nervous system disorders. It also has a beneficial effect in patients with chronic back pain, including those unresponsive to standard therapy
- Vitamin D3 fulfills a number of functions in the nervous system, such as: regulating the growth and differentiation of nerve cells and in the myelination process. A series of clinical studies show that the intake of vitamin D3 contributes to the improvement of symptoms (including pain) and quality of life for patients with diabetic neuropathy. There is a strong link between low vitamin D3 levels and pain severity.
