Properties:

Action/Effects:
Magnesium
The additional intake of magnesium leads to balancing the ratio between magnesium and calcium in the urine, in favor of magnesium. Additional intake of magnesium reduces the elimination of calcium in the urine and the formation of calcium salts at this level.
