Topixeril milk spray - how do the ingredients work?
- Topixeril contains a set of emulsified lipids, emollients and beeswax that create a film on the surface of the mucous membrane of the mouth and throat that maintains the proper state of hydration.
- Gaultheria procumens oil, which, due to the content of methyl salicylate, has anti-inflammatory and anesthetic properties (reduction of painful symptoms was observed especially in combination with menthol).
- Glycerol provides an additional moisturizing effect.
- Peppermint oil has a cooling and refreshing effect.
- Vitamins A and E alleviate the symptoms of dry mucous membranes and have a soothing effect.
The preparation has a refreshing taste and the method of administration is well tolerated by patients.
