Mursalski Chai (Iron Grass) – rich in iron, copper, zinc, magnesium, calcium and minerals, Sideritis Scardica, was called the plant of astronauts for its special properties. In Greek "Sideritis" is literally translated as "The one made of iron". The plant was known since Ancient Greece, being mentioned in particular by Dioscorides and Theophrastus.
Notes: aromatic, floral, light notes of honey.
Way of ussage:
Method of preparation: Add 200 ml of hot water over 1 tea bag and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Consume 2-3 cups daily.
