Precautions:
Before first use - make sure the silicone valves are separated by gently squeezing to allow air to enter the bottle.
This will allow the liquid to flow better.
Cleaning and care:
Is the sports silicone spout leaking or the flip lid not closing?
We recommend that you disassemble the bottle to ensure that the silicone mouthpiece is inserted correctly.
Unscrew the cap and pull the tab on the bottom to release the silicone nozzle from the cap.
Then, to reassemble, push the silicone mouthpiece firmly up into the cap until it clicks into place.
Do not put the bottles in the freezer (they are happiest between 0 and 90 degrees Celsius)
