Made from 100% polyester with a polyurethane coating, the T-TOMI top pants are waterproof yet breathable. The panties are equipped with clips for easy size adjustment. They are suitable for all types of diapers, such as square, multi-layer and panty diapers. They keep the diaper in place and protect clothes from moisture, also thanks to the sewn-in inner wings.
