Do you want pancakes, cakes or pies, but without egg? Then Smaakt has the organic, gluten-free and vegan solution for you! Just add a little water and you have a delicious egg substitute. Made on the basis of lupine flour.

How to use:
5g powder + 50ml mineral water = 1 egg.
Mix the egg substitute with mineral water, add the other liquid ingredients and beat everything until it becomes foamy. Then mix the dry and wet ingredients in a homogeneous mixture. It is not suitable for preparing scrambled or fried eggs.
