Dosage

• Adults: allow 1 tablet to dissolve freely in the mouth every 2-3 hours, use a maximum of 12 tablets in 24 hours
• Adolescents to children over 6 years of age: allow 1 tablet to dissolve freely in the mouth every 2-3 hours, use a maximum of 6 tablets in 24 hours

Composition

Medicinal substances Amylmetacresolum, 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol. One pill contains: Amylmetacresol 0.6 mg 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.2 mg

Excipients Tartaric acid, purified honey, peppermint essential oil and lemon terpenate silica (essential oils contain citral, d-limonene, geraniol and linalool), quinoline yellow, liquid sucrose, spray-dried liquid glucose (from wheat starch).

Contraindications

Do not use Strepsils Honey and Lemon if you are allergic to amyl metacresol and dichlorobenzyl alcohol or to other components of the medicine.

Possible side effects

Exceptionally, hypersensitivity reactions may occur, manifesting as a burning sensation in the mouth, rash, fever, diarrhea, abdominal pain, vomiting or an unpleasant sensation in the mouth. In case of any side effects, consult a doctor.
