Sterimar - nasal hygiene is recommended for children and adults.
Indications:
For daily nasal hygiene.
It helps children learn how to blow their nose.

Composition:
Sterimar nasal hygiene (Isotonic) is an isotonic solution from filtered sea water, 100% natural and without preservatives, which ensures the beneficial properties of marine trace elements: zinc, copper, manganese, iron, selenium.
Mode of use:
Spray once to start the system.
Insert the nozzle into the nostril.
Briefly press the nozzle for a few seconds, let the excess solution flow out, then blow your nose.
Repeat the operation with the other nostril.
Wash the nozzle with soap and water, rinse and dry.
Use 2 to 6 times a day in each nostril or more if needed.
