Calcium and vitamin C contribute to normal energy metabolism. Calcium helps the normal functioning of muscles and contributes to the normal functioning of nerve transmissions. Calcium is needed to maintain normal bones and teeth. Vitamin C contributes to maintaining the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exercise. It also contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin and teeth. Vitamin C helps reduce fatigue and exhaustion.

Recommended dose

Composition:

Vitamin C (calcium L-ascorbate), calcium (calcium L-ascorbate), citrus bioflavonoid complex, bulking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), anti-caking agents (silica, vegetable stearic acid, magnesium stearate vegetable), rutin, croscarmellose, rosehip fruit extract (Rosa canina), Acerola fruit extract (Malpighia glabra), polishing agents (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel and coconut oil).
