The food supplement Multilac ® is a symbiotic - a combination of probiotic and prebiotic. Probiotics are bacteria that are naturally present in the intestinal microflora, including bacteria of the genus Bacteroides spp., Bifidobacterium spp., and prebiotic ingredients are substances that are a natural environment for bacteria. fructooligosaccharides, butyric acid, acetic acid and propionic acid. Sources of natural prebiotic substances include: chicory, onion, asparagus, artichoke and many other vegetables.
Multilac ® is a comprehensive symbiotic containing lyophilized bacteria belonging to 9 different strains, including:
- Lactococcus lactis Ll-23,
- Lactobacillus plantarum LP-115,
- Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-12,
- Lactobacillus rhamnosus Bifolac™ GG,
- Streptococcus thermophilus ST-21,
- Lactobacillus casei Lc-11,
- Bifidobacterium breve BB-03,
- Bifidobacterium bifidum Bb-02.
Multilac ® is only 1 capsule per day. Importantly, the formula does not contain milk or casein, so it can be used by people allergic to these ingredients.
