OMEGA 3 STRONG is a dietary supplement based on fish oil containing 33% EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 22% DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), enriched with vitamin E.

What is omega-3:

Omega 3 contains docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), which belong to the group of polyunsaturated fatty acids. They have many beneficial properties for our body.

Omega-3 acids are also necessary for building cell membranes. They are also responsible for the proper functioning of the retina. These two acids constitute its fat base. Adequate amount of omega-3 acids is also necessary in spermatogenesis processes. DHA contributes to the maintenance of proper brain function and normal vision. DHA and EPA also help the heart function properly.*

In turn, vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress. It also participates in the delivery of nutrients to cells.
