Description
Septolete ® Ultra aerosol is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antiseptic medicine for local use on the oral mucosa. The medicine contains two active substances: benzidamine hydrochloride and cetylpyridinium chloride in doses suitable for use in the treatment of sore throat and inflammation in the oral cavity in adults and children over 6 years of age.
What does Septolete ® Ultra spray for sore throat contain, 30 ml
- Benzidamine hydrochloride has anti-inflammatory and analgesic properties. It also has a local anesthetic effect.
- Cetylpyridinium chloride is a disinfectant. It is active against gram-positive bacteria and less active against gram-negative bacteria. Antiseptic and bactericidal effect. It also has antifungal properties.
- Peppermint oil relieves burning and pain when swallowing.
Septolete ® Ultra throat spray (1.5 mg + 5 mg)/ml in the form of a solution disinfects the mouth and throat and reduces the symptoms of pharyngitis, such as pain, redness and swelling. Indications for the use of the drug are:
- throat, mouth and gum irritations,
- inflammation of the gums and throat.
Septolete ® Ultra oral spray is also recommended before and after tooth extraction. The package contains 30 ml of solution for administration on the oral mucosa. The convenient applicator allows precise dosing. One spray delivers 0.1 ml of solution containing 0.15 mg benzidamine hydrochloride and 0.5 mg cetylpyridinium chloride.
