Septazulen Plus Honey and Lemon, 2 mg/0.6 mg/1.2 mg, 24 pills, Lozy's Pharmaceuticals

Indications:
Septazulen Plus contains amylmetacresol and 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol – both antiseptic substances and lidocaine hydrochloride – a local anesthetic that relieves pain.
It is indicated in the symptomatic treatment of painful conditions of the oral cavity and throat, such as pharyngitis, sore throat and after tonsillectomy, in adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
If after 3-4 days you do not feel better or you feel worse, you should see a doctor.

Contraindications:
Do not take Septazulen Plus if you are:
- allergic to lidocaine hydrochloride or other amide-type local anesthetics; amylmetacresol; 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol or any of the other components of this medicine
- child under 12 years of age.

Precautions:
Before taking Septazulen Plus, talk to your doctor if:
- sore throat is accompanied by fever, headache, nausea, vomiting or skin rashes.
- your symptoms do not improve or worsen within 3 to 4 days of treatment.
- you have asthma.
- you have larger acute wounds in the mouth and throat area (Septazulen Plus should not be used in this case).

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Task:
The use of Septazulen Plus is not recommended during pregnancy.
Breastfeeding:
Given that there are no concrete data on the use of this drug during breastfeeding, caution is recommended during this period. If you are breast-feeding, talk to your doctor before taking this medicine.

Administration method:
The recommended doses are:
Adults and adolescents over 12 years of age (including the elderly):
The pill dissolves slowly in the oral cavity, at intervals of 2 - 3 hours, up to a maximum of 8 pills in 24 hours.
Do not dissolve in the bag formed on the cheek.
Use in children and adolescents:
The use of this medicine is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.
Do not take Septazulen Plus for more than 5 days. If your condition does not improve after this period, contact your doctor or pharmacist.

Composition:
The active substances are: Lidocaine hydrochloride 2.00 mg
Amylmetacresol 0.60 mg
2,4 dichlorobenzyl alcohol 1.20 mg
The other ingredients are: partially dementholized peppermint oil, quinoline yellow (E104), sodium saccharin (E954), tartaric acid (E334), sucrose, liquid glucose, twilight yellow (E110), lemon essence, honey flavor.
