Gluten-free eco pasta from red lentils, made in Italy
Characteristics:
They are rich in protein, fiber and low in saturated fat.
May contain traces of soy.
Certified ecological product.
Mode of use:
Cooking tips: boil 2-3 liters of water in a pot. When it reaches the boiling point (100°C) add a teaspoon of salt and the pasta.
Boil for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally, then strain.
Thanks to the striations, these pastas can be combined very well with any type of sauce, thicker or lighter.
