Indications:
RECREOL cream contains the active substance dexpanthenol, which belongs to a group of preparations for the treatment of wounds and ulcers. Dexpanthenol is converted in tissues to pantothenic acid. Pantothenic acid restores skin elasticity and facilitates wound healing.
What RECREOL is used for:
Supportive treatment of superficial skin lesions of various origins. It helps to moisturize the outer layer of the skin and supports healing with subsequent anti-inflammatory and anti-itching effects.
RECREOL cream can be used in children, adolescents and adults.

Contraindications:
Do not use RECREOL: if you are allergic to dexpanthenol or any of the ingredients of this medicine.

Precautions:
RECREOL has no adverse effects on driving and using machines.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
RECREOL can be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding with the consent of your doctor.
Topical use on the breast should be avoided to prevent oral contact with the baby.
No studies have been done on the effect of dexpanthenol on human fertility.

Driving vehicles and using machines:
RECREOL has no adverse effects on driving and using machines.

Mode of administration:
Always use this medicine as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice if you are not sure.

For cutaneous administration.
Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, in adults and children the cream is applied in a thin layer to the affected skin area, once or more times a day as needed.
The duration of treatment depends on the nature and evolution of your condition. Ask your doctor for advice if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 14 days.

Use in children and adolescents:
Dexpanthenol can be used in children and adolescents.
If you think the effect of RECREOL is too strong or too weak, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.

Composition:
The active substance is dexpanthenol. 1 g of cream contains dexpanthenol 50 mg.
The other ingredients are DL-pantolactone, phenoxyethanol, potassium cetyl phosphate, lanolin, propylene glycol, stearyl alcohol, cetyl alcohol, isopropyl myristate, purified water.
