Jars of fruit and vegetables are pasteurized at approx. 70 degrees C by modern processes, so the sterilization process at 120 degrees is not used.

Vegetables 68% (potatoes 31%, peas 22%, zucchini 15%), water.
To increase the intake of essential fatty acids and better digestion, we recommend enriching the puree with 1 teaspoon of Holle Oil Mix
