Natural probiotic yeast
Saccharomyces boulardii is a type of tropical yeast that was discovered in Asia by French scientist Henri Boulard in 1920. This yeast comes from the skin of lychee and mango fruits. They have been used in some traditional herbal medicinal systems for a long time, and are now also gaining popularity as a dietary supplement1.
Addition of prebiotics
The inulin used in the preparation is a type of dietary fiber found in many plant-based products. The human body does not produce digestive enzymes that can digest inulin. Because of this, it passes through the stomach and small intestine, into the large intestine, and is finally fermented2.
Inulin is found in many common foods, including onions and garlic. The foods richest in inulin are chicory root and Jerusalem artichoke.

Ingredients: yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae var. Boulardii CNCM-3799, inulin from chicory root (Cichorium intybus). Capsule composition: vegetable (vegetarian) cellulose.
