Vegan recipe: 2 bags of mix for quick apple cake (500 g), 100 g margarine, 200 g soy yogurt, 200 apples puree and 1 kg peeled apples, cut into quarters.
How to prepare the vegan recipe: mix all the ingredients, pour into the pan, place the quartered apples and put the pan in the oven preheated to 180 degrees C for 45 minutes.
