A mix of wholemeal flours, with mayo, without dyes and preservatives, for the preparation of bread or buns. Ideal for the automatic bread machine.

Method of preparation:
The contents of the package are mixed with 1 sachet of dry yeast or 20g of fresh yeast. Add 340ml of warm water. Knead until a smooth dough is formed, approx. 3-5 min. Cover with a towel and leave to rise, in a warm place, for approx. 45 minutes (for example in an oven heated to 30º C. Then knead lightly with a little flour, give the desired shape to the bread, then put in a greased pan of about 26 cm. Leave to rise for another 45 minutes, covered with a towel on top of sesame, sunflower, pumpkin, poppy seeds, etc. Put the tray in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 220º C, then lower the temperature to 200º C and leave it to bake for 50 minutes.

whole wheat flour* 70%*, whole rye flour *, wheat breadcrumbs*5% (wheat flour, salt, yeast) mayo, rye powder* (whole rye flour*), rock salt. *Ingredients from organic farming. May contain traces of nuts, sesame, soy, lupine.
