Description
Olfen ® Max gel is a drug with analgesic, anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling properties. The preparation is suitable for use on the skin to relieve pain, suppress inflammation and reduce swelling in painful conditions of muscles and joints.
Olfen ® Max 20 mg/g gel – action
- The active substance, diclofenac, belongs to a group of medicines called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). Diclofenac works by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX), which reduces the production of prostaglandins, substances responsible for pain, inflammation and swelling.
- Olfen Max is intended for the short-term local symptomatic relief of acute pain, inflammation and swelling in cases of soft tissue injuries.
- The gel has an analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect at the site of application.
Olfen Max, 20 mg/g, gel, 100 g is intended for adults and adolescents from 14 years of age. The gel is easy to use, just apply a small amount of the product to the painful area and massage it into the skin.
