Black cumin oil – properties
- Black cumin oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, including polyunsaturated fatty acids from the omega-6 group.
- It contains, among other things: linoleic acid (LA) (omega-6), which helps to maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when 10 g of LA is consumed per day.
- It has a characteristic taste and smell.
The composition of the preparation was additionally supplemented with vitamins A and E.
- Vitamin A helps maintain healthy skin and maintain proper vision. Moreover, it supports the proper functioning of the immune system and plays a role in the process of cellular specialization.
- Vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress.
