Collagen is a protein that represents up to 30% of the total protein content in the human body and plays an important role in maintaining the health of the skin, joints, ligaments and bones . However, as we age, the level of collagen in the body gradually decreases, which can lead to some problems such as wrinkles, joint pain and weak bones.

Use:

• Instant drink powder designed for quick preparation of a nutritional drink to nourish the musculoskeletal system
• One dose (30g) = 1 scoop, mixed in 200ml to 250ml of cold water

Dosage:

• You usually take one dose a day, preferably in the morning
• Or two portions, one in the morning and one in the evening

Skimmed milk powder, hydrolyzed collagen, whey protein concentrate, glucosamine sulfate, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane), chondroitin sulfate, hyaluronic acid, saw palmetto (Boswellia serrata plant extract), L-lysine, L-methionine, acid ascorbic (source of vitamin C), zinc citrate (source of zinc), carrier (maltodextrin), flavor, thickener (xanthan), sweeteners (sucralose, acesulfame K), dye (riboflavin), menaquinone (source of vitamin K2), chlecalciferol (source of vitamin D).
