Description
Nebu-Dose Hyaluronic is a medical device in the form of an inhalation solution. The preparation is intended for nebulization using pneumatic inhalers to improve respiratory comfort.
The medical device uses mechanisms that facilitate the movement of secretions in the respiratory tract by:
- reducing the viscosity and elasticity of mucous secretions as a result of breaking its ionic bonds,
- reduces the swelling of the walls of the respiratory tract due to the absorption of water from the mucous and submucous membrane,
- unblocking the airways through stimulation mechanisms that support the elimination of mucus remaining in the bronchi (coughing, expectoration).
The preparation package contains 30 ampoules of 5 ml each. They contain a 0.9% physiological saline solution with hyaluronic acid.
How does hyaluronic acid work?
Nebu-Dose Hyaluronic, unlike medical devices that are just an isotonic saline solution, contains hyaluronic acid.
Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring substance in the human body, including: skin, eyes, joints. Its main role is to maintain the optimal level of hydration through the ability to retain water in the tissues. The addition of hyaluronic acid to the sodium chloride solution increases comfort during nebulization.
