Moringa whole leaves 100g Astron
Moringa is a tropical tree species called the "Tree of Life" because of its longevity. It grows primarily in Asia, but also in Africa and South America. It reaches a height of up to 10 meters and although the leaves are most often used, all its parts are used: bark, roots, fruits, leaves and flowers.
Moringa contains nearly twenty types of amino acids, nearly fifty types of various antioxidants, and nearly forty anti-inflammatory compounds. It also has plenty of vitamin A, E, C, zinc, protein, potassium and iron. The high iron content makes moringa recommended for people suffering from anemia. The vitamin A content improves the quality of vision. Moringa also has anti-aging properties.
Use: brew 1 teaspoon of the herb in a glass of water, drink before meals, no more than twice a day.
