Properties:
Glycerol-based preparations intended for rectal use have an evacuation activity.
Glycerol, indeed, when introduced into the rectum, is able to promote evacuation by a physical mechanism that does not involve systemic absorption. Glycerol softens the faecal mass and lubricates the rectal wall, causing a bowel movement that favors the expulsion of the faecal mass.
The polysaccharides contained in the form of Natilax have no side effects, the mucous adhesive layer has a soothing and moisturizing effect. A mild rectal burning sensation may be occasional. Miniclis® Microclismi Natural is a single-use medical device for rectal use with a base of Glycerol and Natilax® (a mixture of extracts of mallow and chamomile, aloe juice and honey with a soothing and moisturizing activity). It is a temporary enema to regulate bowel movements and help empty the bowel easily.

Recommended:
Miniclis® Microclismi Natural can be used whenever you need to relieve constipation or in preparation for a rectal examination. Miniclis® Microclismi Natural is a fast-acting, temporary enema that works to regulate bowel movements and help empty the bowel easily without irritating it. Do not use Miniclis 'Microclismi Natural for any other purpose

The use of Miniclis® Microclismi Natural is not recommended:
Do not use Miniclis® Microclismi Natural in the presence of abdominal cramps, colic, severe abdominal pain or of unknown origin and if the patient suffers from inflammatory bowel diseases, such as ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease. Avoid using the product also in the presence of nausea, vomiting, blood in the stools, anal ulcers, intestinal obstructions, Ileus (loss of intestinal muscle tone), low blood potassium levels and severe dehydration.
Do not use Miniclis® Microclismi Natural in case of allergy or hypersensitivity to glycerol or one of the other components.
Do not use after the expiry date printed on the box and nozzle cap or if the package is damaged.
Tell your doctor if:
- notice the absence of any bowel movement, even for a few days, or a sudden change in your usual bowel habits for more than two weeks;
- the product was accidentally ingested.

Use in children:
Miniclis® Microclismi Natural Adults is not indicated for children under 12 years of age.
Miniclis® Microclismi Natural Children is indicated for children up to 11 years of age.
Before using the product in children under 3 years of age, it is recommended to consult a doctor or pharmacist.
Use during pregnancy or breastfeeding
The use of Miniclis® Microclismi Natural is not harmful during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
However, it is advisable to consult a doctor or pharmacist about the risks and benefits of this product and use the product only when needed.
