Composition:
Ash (Fraxinus excelsior), Stone lichen (Cetraria islandica), Candlestick (Verbascum phlomoides), Shepherd's wort (Capsella bursa-pastoris), Troscot (Polygonum aviculare), Stinging nettle (Urtica dioica), Raspberry (Rubus idaeus)

Administration method:
Adults and children over 14 years old:

- infusion: 3-4 spoons of the herbal mixture per 1 liter of boiling water, keep for 15 min. at room temperature, then strain and drink. One cup of infusion is administered 3 times/day.
- plant powder: finely grind the mixture of plants with the help of an electric grinder. It is administered sublingually for 15 minutes, 3-4 times a day, approximately one teaspoon of the obtained powder, then swallowed with water.
The efficiency increases if the maceration, infusion or plant powder is administered on an empty stomach.
