Brewer's yeast - 2000mg
Known for millennia, brewer's yeast is rich in minerals and trace elements. It contains almost the entire range of essential amino acids (16 in number), the entire complex of B vitamins, vitamins D, H, E, mineral enzymes in assimilable form, such as calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, iron but also selenium and chromium, indispensable trace elements of life, proteins, lipids and carbohydrates. Brewer's yeast contains 17 vitamins, including B and E, as well as proteins and amino acids. Brewer's yeast consists of microscopic fungi and is used for the beauty of the skin, hair and nails.
The impressive amount of vitamins and minerals it contains, the most important being the B complex and most of the essential amino acids, recommends brewer's yeast in the treatment of certain skin and hair conditions, including acne, wrinkles or hair loss. Brewer's yeast has become an increasingly popular ingredient in the cosmetics industry.

Vitamin B8 – 50µg (100% RDA)
Vitamin B8 or Biotin is part of the water-soluble vitamins, which are not stored in the body and must be taken regularly from food or supplements. Biotin is used to relieve seborrheic dermatitis (especially in newborns), alopecia and acne due to its ability to preserve the integrity of the skin and hair follicles. Vitamin B8 is naturally found in foods such as egg whites, milk, cheeses, mushrooms, liver, nuts and some vegetables and fruits.

Zinc – 5 mg (50% RDA)
It is the second most abundant metal in the human body, involved in a wide range of metabolic reactions. It contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, nails and hair and protects cells against oxidative stress.

1. Improves the appearance of the skin: Brewer's yeast acts against acne, due to the fact that vitamins B2 and B6 regulate sebum production. It helps to repair tissues and to oxygenate the cells of the epidermis. The skin becomes better hydrated and brighter.

Administration method:
2 tablets per day, in the morning with a large glass of water (200ml).
