- Immediately after harvesting, the red lentils are shelled and after a complex cleaning, they are polished with a little sunflower oil (1%).
- Eco Red Lentils are suitable for oriental cuisine, being highly appreciated in Turkey. It does not need to be soaked and has a particularly short cooking time of 15-20 minutes, becoming wonderfully soft.
- Red Eco lentils are slightly spicy and can be used in soups, soups or as a side dish.
