Lansinoh Therapearl ® postpartum gel insert is a medical device that supports regeneration in the postpartum period, dedicated to young mothers. It can be used for both cold compresses and warm compresses. When heated, it relieves the discomfort associated with uterine contractions and has a soothing and analgesic effect. However, when chilled, it relieves pain caused by perineal tears, hemorrhoids, and caesarean sections.
Therapearl ® Post-Birth postpartum gel compress, thanks to its smooth and soft surface, adapts perfectly to the shape of the body when it comes into contact with the skin. The "pearls" that fill the insert remain flexible even after freezing. The Lansinoh Hot-Cold Gel Pad is the size of a classic "maxi" sanitary pad and has an anatomical shape so it can easily be tucked into your underwear. The size of the insert has been optimized so that it can be placed in most common microwave ovens.
Lansinoh reusable gel insert for use in the postpartum period changes color under the influence of temperature. The product uses ColorSmart™ technology, thanks to which the gel beads are white when heated and turn purple when cooled.
The Lansinoh Therapearl ® product pack includes 1 reusable postpartum gel pad and 12 pieces of replaceable covers to maintain comfort and hygiene after birth. Class I medical device is safe for use in the postpartum period and during breastfeeding.
