Use

Fill the tub with warm water at 35-39°C (95-100°F). Add about 1/4 packet of bath salts. Wait a few minutes for the salts to dissolve completely. Soak in the bath and relax for 15-20 minutes. After bathing, gently pat dry with a towel to keep your skin moisturized.
