Active ingredients in 1 tablet: vitamin C L-ascorbic acid 1000 mg (1250% RDA) RDA – nutritional reference value
Vitamin C contributes to:
- maintaining the proper functioning of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion (a beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.)
- good functioning of the immune system
- good functioning of the nervous system and good functioning of the psyche
- proper collagen formation and proper functioning of bones, cartilage and skin
- protecting cells from oxidative stress
- reducing exhaustion and fatigue
- increasing iron absorption
Mode of use
Recommended dose: dissolve 1 tablet 1x a day in 200 ml of water.
Warning: The product is not intended for children. Pregnant and lactating women should consult a doctor. The higher sorbitol content may cause laxative effects. The prescribed recommended dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet! Store out of reach of children!
